Kata performed at Satori Goju are based on the Okinawan and Japanese versions of traditional Goju. All Kata is performed with the
bunkai in mind. The movements of Satori Goju are a blending of the very circular techniques along with very traditional Okinawan
Kata. Some of the Kata's have a more Japanese Goju Flair. All of them are very traditional when it comes to Goju
Ryu. Kata Seisan in included and not listed below.
